Staff was so amazing!! Only complaint was that the clean towels were not all the way clean (even when we requested more) and the noise from the halls is very loud but this is a great place and we LOVED the staff! Would stay again :)

Muy mal porque con 2 días de anticipación expliqué que no podía llegar al hotel debido a la cancelación de mi vuelo, nunca respondieron claramente y solo 3 días después dijeron que aplicarían la penalidad, muy mal la comunicación y el servicio al cliente, hubieran podido aplazar el ingreso al hotel para otro día mas adelante

This was a basic hotel room. On the 4th floor of the building. No pool or restaurants on site. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Restaurants within walking distance but some of the side streets around the hotel seemed sketchy and not safe. We picked it because it was close to the ferry terminal and the airport.

The photo looks nothing like the hotel! The hotel is on the fourth floor above this restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, good hot water, great sheets and a coffee makers with coffee (no refrigerator). We walked to the municipal airstrip for a domestic flight and also to the ferry terminal and cruise ship terminal. Several hotels within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay overnight in Belize City.

Clean, comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. A bit of a process to check in but otherwise everything was exactly what you'd expect from a basic hotel. Staff was lovely.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was adequate for the night with a nice ocean view. Good air conditioning.
However, room was not ready till an hour past check in, credit card and debit machines were not working and shower had almost no pressure for hot water.

The hotel is VERY clean, the staff were beyond polite and helpful, the rooms are quite spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Booked a night here before heading out to the island, and I’m really glad I chose here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and just what I needed after a long day of travel! It was a quick taxi ride from the airport and wasn’t too far to get to the ferry/water taxi either. The staff were very lovely and super helpful. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient too!

The room was spotless! The hotel staff were so kind and gracious every day. The young lady at the front desk, Andine, made us feel at home immediately. The view from the balcony was lovely. We were there from Sunday, December 21-Saturday December 27th. The hotel has a casino next door on the ground floor while the hotel rooms are on the 4th floor. The casino noises never bothered us and could not be heard on the 4th floor. The Ramada across the street was extremely noisy on our last night there (Friday) but that’s to be expected on a weekend I guess. I doubt we will go back to Belize because we are getting older and have so many other countries to visit! It was the trip of a lifetime for us and we would recommend the Pickwick Parkview Hotel mostly because of the fantastic staff, Andine and the wonderful (I think her name was Claudette) housekeeper. Spotless. The floors looked like glass!
