Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was adequate for the night with a nice ocean view. Good air conditioning. However, room was not ready till an hour past check in, credit card and debit machines were not working and shower had almost no pressure for hot water.

The size of the room was unexpected. I think I could have held an entire Cotillion ball in there. Bed was fantastic and comfortable and I appreciated having coffee in the room. Being able to watch the storm approach across the water from my balcony was something I'll never forget . As a first-timer to Belize I had no idea that all of the amenities at the hotel, including the coffee shop, only took cash. Either USD or Belizean dollars. Of course I had neither on me and the ATM that they've directed me to was 3 miles away. Only to find out later from the airport that the casino on the ground floor of the building has an ATM. I know that the hotel and the casino are not related business Adventures, however it would have been nice to either be told ahead of time or to know that there is a ATM machine quite close. I really appreciated that they organized a shuttle bus to another restaurant and the shuttle bus home again.

Family of 6 rented 3 rooms for our first night in Belize. A little hard to find (it’s above the casino just FYI) but once we found it we were very happy with the comfort, size and cleanliness of the rooms. Complimentary coffee and water was available and the dinner downstairs was delicious. The dinner took a bit but try to remember we are suppose to be chilling on vacation.

The hotel is pretty hard to find as it not a stand alone building. It’s located on the 4th floor on an already occupied building, there’s a restaurant on the first floor (no direct relation to hotel), so even to locate it was hard. We had to ask around for help because there’s no signage. The hotel seems to have possible been an office floor space before but they did do a good job with the rooms in converting it to a hotel rooms. We were only there for one night awaiting our flight the next day and that’s what I l would recommend it for. The walls are thin to the outside corridor as I could hear a lot of movement when people took the stairs and the door behind them slammed. It made getting adequate rest a little difficult as I am a light sleeper. Other than that the front desk staff was very kind.

Loved my stay at Pickwick Park View Hotel. Awesome staff, clean & large room, beautiful sunrises directly into my east-facing room. For a safe location, in the north of Belize City, go with Pickwick!

The balcony view was scenic but pictures advertising this place are misleading. A picture showing the park and the sea creates the impression that there is a beach when in fact there is no beach nearby but a seawall. There is no daily cleaning. Had to request toilet tissue. Not sure if the room was cleaned or the bed linen changed during the 7 days. Of the day that cleaning was perhaps done, the bed was not completely made and the room was left without towels. This was remedied after a call to manager. There was no coffee maker nor iron in the room . And no restaurant as advertised.
