Not as expected
Hard to find. No dedicated parking. Very small upstairs area. Difficult to walk upstairs. Bed is too big for the room, you can hardly walk around to open the window.
The cottage although is on a quiet road, it is a main road and there are tractors and traffic going up and down all hours of the day and the single glazed sash windows does not fully close - in summer, its open and noisy.
The bath has no shower and we've had to share bath water between us because the boiler allows hot water for 1 person. We filled the bath to my thighs sitting down to save water, just in case we run out.
The kitchen is also very small but has a small fridge and cooker oven.
The eicr on the fuse board is out of date.
Living room does not have a tv which is fine and there are board games and record player. Close enough to the beach, barmouth and shops.
