Our room (108) shared a wall with the elevator. The elevator hummed and vibrated all night, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. We tried to drown it out with the a/c and fan, but that wasn't enough. Hotel was fine otherwise. Out stay was DEFINITELY not worth the $200+ we paid for it.

The attendant at the front desk did not tell us the name of the WiFi. When I logged in to IHG, the signal was weak. My traveling companion was unable to use any network. The phone was not answered when we tried to call. No one was at the front desk later. No signage “will return” or “helping another customer.” Lame.
