B&B, not hotel Lots of steps up to the entrance, but did get some help with our bags. A/C in room was poor and room was not cool enough Pillows terrible. Overall, ok place to stay while in Venice. Barbara was a good host - very helpful information and was pleasant to work with!

Enjoyed Our Stay In Venice

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The location was convenient to everything without being in the super busy areas. The hostess Barbara was very helpful with directions, transportation and a recommendation for a great concert. The room was spacious and we liked having a coffee maker and access to filtered water. Breakfast was simple but filled us until lunch. It was a little warm while we were there (75 F) and although they have AC they weren’t allowed to use it before mid-May (city ordinance?), so the room was a little warm at night even with the windows open. You do have to take stairs up to the third floor, but they helped with our larger luggage. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend!

Breakfast could be better and better stocked. Manager / owner were polite and tried offering transportation advice early on to and from the airport. Not much to do when raining though as this is not typical hotel. Would recommend staying if you are a physically fit adults who don’t mind stairs and little amenities.

The location was ideal, walkable to the water taxis. We did a lot of walking and enjoyed all the beautiful sights of Venice. Barbara was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered my questions with patience. The breakfast was enough and really enjoyed the cappuccinos prepared by her assistant…I apologize don’t remember his name. We did find the room hot, it was unusually hot in Venice and the a/c was turned off. We could open the windows but the mosquitoes would come in. We opted for a fan.

Incredible in every way

LOVED staying here! Staff was SO nice and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and just as pictured. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and it was great to chat with fellow travelers staying there. Felt very safe staying here traveling as a young solo-female.

Estabelecimento razoável.

A propriedade não é um hotel propriamente dito, trata-se de parte de um edifício com alguns quartos que foi adaptado para ser um hotel. Encontra-se no terceiro piso de um edifício que não possui elevador, logo, se você está com malas grandes ou pesadas isso é um inconveniente. O quarto que me hospedei era bem grande e espaçoso e como estava muito quente em Veneza, o ar condicionado não foi satisfatório, faltou potência. O estabelecimento não possui funcionários 24 horas por dia no recinto, logo, isso é um ponto negativo, porém o funcionário que sempre nos atendeu sempre fui muito prestativo e excelente (ponto positivo), as toalhas do meu banheiro, apesar de limpas, não cheiravam bem, a decoração estava meio ultrapassada na minha opinião, com móveis bem antigos. A localização do estabelecimento é excelente

Our stay was wonderful. Great room, lovely breakfast, fabulous location. Barbara was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in giving us helpful tips and helping us figure out how to navigate our way around Venice to see the sites. Only drawback was that it is on the third floor but that seems to be quite common in Venice. Was a truly magical city and would absolutely stay here again.
