The room was clean and appeared new. Still , location was convenient and near the train , making it easy to get to the airport and to the city center.

Great hotel near airport. And trams for central. Supermarket right across alley. Big stop shop for flight crew. Is in an urban area. Has bar and some meals available. My favourite thing was my sleep.. best bed in Nice and no split mattress. And soooo quiet when u need to chill. No fridge or amenities in room. Bathroom all in one with good size shower and very clean. Staff are easy going. Even the air / heat is self adjusting which is added bonus. Thank you

Superbe hotel.

Ok for one night stay, a few long hairs in the bed and in the towels (most likely from cleaning staff). The breakfast was a bit strange, we were the first ones at opening time and it seemed they forgot a casserole with beans etc from the previous day since these were basically empty. It gave an overall impression of not being 100% clean.

I had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel before flying out from Nice airport. The hotel is new and modern. The area around it a construction zone. I didn’t mind because I was only staying one night but they should have waited to open. The hotel doesn’t have parking and the garage next to it charges approximately $30. The staff was friendly. There are no restaurants within walking distance and the hotel only offers simple snacks like pizza, salads, etc.
