Superbe hotel. Personnel accueillant et fort sympatique. La chambres spacieuses, bien amégagé... manque cependant un petit frigo pour y mettre bouteille d'eau fraiche ? Au pied du tram et parking juste devant.

I had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel before flying out from Nice airport. The hotel is new and modern. The area around it a construction zone. I didn’t mind because I was only staying one night but they should have waited to open. The hotel doesn’t have parking and the garage next to it charges approximately $30. The staff was friendly. There are no restaurants within walking distance and the hotel only offers simple snacks like pizza, salads, etc.

Ok for one night stay, a few long hairs in the bed and in the towels (most likely from cleaning staff). The breakfast was a bit strange, we were the first ones at opening time and it seemed they forgot a casserole with beans etc from the previous day since these were basically empty. It gave an overall impression of not being 100% clean.

Poubelle non vidée à notre arrivée. Chambre Petite pour une famille de 4. Oreillers très durs. On entend le claquement des portes. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top. Le café était coupé à l'eau et pas beaucoup de choix en protéines. Je ne le recommande pas.

We felt that for a short stay was a bit outside the city, despite served by a close by direct tram line, we would have seen more if it was closer to the city. Employees and room were the best. Dont expect much of the breakfast, one busy employee taking care of it alone made at times it to be missing items , many tables were not ready for new guests and so. If the breakfast wasnt incl I would not have paid 16eu. The decor of the hitel is young and fun. The room was impeccable every day. The biggest points go to the room cleaning personnel. The beds are good but the ac doesnt reach the temperature you set it up for. We woke up feeling warm during the night.

The hotel is in a construction zone and not safe to be operating. You have to take a long back alley, through a garbage filled construction zone to reach the door. I fell walking to the property and got a massive cut on my wrist. This happened in front of hotel because of debris from construction and power cords. When I showed the manager, he simply said désolé! Do not book this hotel. One of the workers who showed sympathy and helped wipe the blood from my wrist was visibly upset and explained that they were forced to open before they were ready and many similar incidents have happened since. So disgusted that the hotel didnt even try to make the situation better after an injury due to their negligence. Horrible experience.

The property was not ready to open to the public. The location was still under construction. It was dangerous to reach the doors of the hotel. We needed a work hat and steel boots. It was a major inconvenience with luggage and transportation.
