They gave us the wrong room. There was a Trojan condom under the sofa couch. The remote was lost we called about 5 times for 3 hours for someone to come up to our to help us out no one came, the lady even snickered on the phone because she knew wasnt going to come. Finally she sent a guy to help. By this time we didn’t even want it.

Beautiful Clean Room - Great View - Very Confusing

Pros: The room was beautiful & clean, the view was beautiful. Cons: this is a “pop-up” hotel mingled with residential building. Appears to be new construction. It was absolutely confusing to even find where to park or where to check in. It took us about an hour to figure out where to go. We even called in advance days before and arranged parking but no QR code was ever provided. We called several times for assistance but it was hit or miss getting anyone on the phone. Hotel needs better marking/signage. There is about 5 different hotels/housing areas, etc all using different names in the same building, all sharing the same parking garage.

It was amazing! A bit confusing on how to enter the building, but overall the host was great and friendly, the vibe was fantastic. Check in and out was so simple and quick. Definitely will be looking at staying here again!

The property is brand new in a very nicely renovated area near restaurants and the sports arenas. Our apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a walk in closet, kitchen with enough supplies to live comfortably and our own washer and dryer. The staff at the facility were very friendly and the building is very secure. They use an app based security system so people who aren't very tech savvy may have issues but you can talk to the PlaceMkr staff in their office on the 6th floor any time day or night and they can set you up with key fobs that work as well. We had a great stay at a really great value!

The property was really nice & unique. The location to Nationals Park for our concert was great. Concierge Jaleesa was awesome. However, my only complaint was that the water pressure was subpar. Barely any pressure out of the bathroom sink & even worse, was it was poor in the nice shower. We also only had 1 pillow & blanket, no sheets for the pullout sofa. We just made do. But that was poor considering the price of the hotel.

Great but with parking issues

Everything was great I would definitely book again the only thing I didn’t like was the parking you book the stay nothing gets said about parking (figuring most hotels have parking) so I called to figure out where to park and they have a garage but it’s $60 a night little pricey after I already paid for a room at your place.

Great property and very friendly staff at the The Stacks but since this is a new unit there was issues with check-in and getting the unit I picked out as well as issues inside the unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed.

First I would like to start off by saying the property was beautiful!!! We were informed that the property just opened in the month of April 2025 and it was breathtaking. However, when we arrived at the location, they did not have our reservations. Stating that they’ve been having problems with reservations through Expedia. Fortunately they were willing to match the price I had in my phone with the receipt confirming the confirmation. The staff was wonderful and pleasantly welcoming. The property was very clean. One of the biggest CONS I have for the property is lack of parking. You have to pay for parking which was VERY EXPENSIVE in my opinion. $50 per day in their private lot or roll the dice on finding street parking every night your there. One would think this might be an easy task but they are within walking distance to TWO arenas. And those arenas had events almost every night we spent in DC. Attached you will find photos from our room. The view was beautiful. There was some minor damage in the bathroom. I would still book a rental again because it’s a new property and much to learn Ofcourse. Would recommend so long as you keep the parking under consideration.
