They would not honor my hotels.comreservation even though I had paid fully and had the reservation confirmation. After standing in lobby for two hours. The front desk said she could get me a room and then when it gets resolved they would reverser the charges. They did not.. I have confirmation from hotels.com that showed that they sent over the reservation. I ended up paying 3x the amount per night .
