Everything was great! I ended up with a sinus infection 2 days before we got there so that wasn’t so good. But the room was nice, clean and staff was friendly. If your looking for a quiet place, they do have a band every Friday and Saturday that go to about 11pm. Drunk people are loud after that, but if that doesn’t bother you, then you’ll be good! We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the band clearly. My husband and I didn’t mind it.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water. The food at the restaurant was very good. Good central location , close enough to do many things in Cape Cod.

Stayed in Room 3A in December. Room was so hot and you can’t control the temperature. Had to open windows. Room was very clean, reception desk personnel very pleasant. It’s an inn so noise is expected. Can hear people outside and walking in room above you.

The food in the restaurant was enjoyable but thats about the only enjoyable part of my stay. The parking is brutal if you try to park after 8pm on a live band night theres zero parking the beds are solid and uncomfortable and very loud with any little movements the tv in the room is very small and far from the bed. The staff was very kind but not really professional.

This is one of the nicest Inns I’ve stayed in. The staff was wonderful especially Heather. She took time to carefully explain everything to me. Also the morning desk person. I feel badly that I did not get her name. She spent time telling me some history of the Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean. Having a restaurant was a bonus. The food was excellent and staff very attentive. If given the opportunity I will stay again.

This was a great stay. The staff was friendly. The bar down stairs had great food. And the room was nice. I got the bed with a balcony and it had a gorgeous view of onset bay. On a double bonus, despite being an old building it had an elevator, which was a huge relief considering on the 3rd floor.

The area was nice and there were many options within walking distance. Nana's Ice Cream was excellent. Onset Cove is a beautiful area. The music was good in the lounge but very loud even on the third floor. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean & well kept for such an old building that swayed in the Northeaster storm. All staff, including restaurant, were pleasant. Bar made restaurant very noisy. (No separation) But inconvenienced by no electrical outlet in bathroom for hair appliances & no mirror in bedroom that had multiple outlets. We could not get TV remotes to cooperate, so watched TV on iPad. Not Oceanfront. Partial Bay view due to tall trees .

Location is nice (across from the bay) and staff were pleasant. However, nails were sticking up on the bathroom floor from poorly done repairs, the room was hot and stuffy with no AC, and I would have liked to know that there is very loud live music on the weekends until 11:00 or 12:00 at night. If you like staying up, the music was good, but if you want to go to bed earlier than that, don't stay here. Also, I was hoping to watch the MLB playoff game but room had a tiny TV with limited cable that didn't get TBS. The continental breakfast is basically bad coffee, cereal, and store bought wrapped goods. Not great overall, especially for the price.
