Excellent hotel, perfect location for west end shows, especially the London Palladium. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and bright, well cleaned with bottled water, tea, coffee machine. Fresh towels and huge TV at foot of the bed. Onsite breakfast room with lovely food cooked there. Highly recommend to others, looking forward to going back

Fantastic location, room was modern and clean. I was worried that it will be noisy at night but it was very well isolated from outside noise. They even kept my luggage for no extra cost after checking out,so me and my daughter can enjoy our day in London. I will come back there again

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was lovely. The room was exactly what I needed for one night, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were quiet too not noisy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and explained everything about my stay, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is about having a base in the heart of SoHo and the West End. The location is why people book it but the extras like the 24 cafe/bar is a nice touch for a basic bed and shower hotel. The rooms themselves are what you expect from this type of hotel. You get a double bed, big TV and ensuite shower. The room have little to no floorspace but having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room was a nice touch as you often don't get that in hotels of this type. This is a base and a bed/shower. If you want to luxuriate in a big room it's not the place for you but it was clean and well appointed. I'd stay again.
