舒服、方便的選擇

在羅馬住三天，每天服務的飯店人員都很親切，每天吃完早餐出發的時候，都會特別提供我們觀光的資訊，讓我們觀光起來順暢不少。飯店附近很多餐廳小吃，飯店人員也特別跟我們說了當地便宜又好吃的店，而且距離羅馬競技場還有羅馬市集很近，步行約10分鐘就可以抵達，十分的方便。

The top top location within 20-25 min walk to every important places and attractions. It is right in the district I where you still can find local authentic restaurants and trattorias! If you do not expect too much from an old 3 star hotel and use it only to sleep at - then you will feel the real Rome vibes around!!

The Staff was absolutely excellent. Best staff at any hotel I ever stayed at. The location is also excellent. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are small with a very small shower.

Great stay at hotel Grifo. We stayed in the separate building which is right around the corner from the main building. No elevator just a heads up. The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful had lots of recommendations and helped us get around. Collusion was only about a 5 minute walk. To get to the Vatican you just walked 15 min hopped on the A line train and walked another 10 minutes. Super easy. If you stay in the separate building they ask you to leave your key when you go out and come back to reception to get it so they can clean your room. We opted to not have our room clean and kept our key. Overall great location and we were happy with our stay.

Had a phenomenal stay at Hotel Grifo. The staff is top notch, rooms are clean, great location. My friend Monique referred us here, will definitely recommend to others. Best vacation ever! Staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. Location was very convenient with many great restaurants blocks away. Easy walk to Colliseum. Doable walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Piazza Novona. Wasy taxi ride to Vatican. Room was small and bathroom was extra small but we weren't thwre to stay in the room. It served it’s purpose to give us a good rest. The bed was comfortable and I'm usually very picky about mattress comfort.

We were very happy with this hotel. I arranged ahead of time for the hotel to send a driver to the airport. He was waiting for us when we arrived. I also had them arrange a driver to the cruise terminal. We stayed in the Annex Building double room called Boschetto. They had a small elevator to that floor for the bags. We walked up and down after the bags were in the room. The room was small but we only used the room to sleep, too many sites to see in Rome. The room also had air conditioning. The Monti area seemed very safe and there are lots of restaurants to pick from. I would stay at Hotel Grifo again.

En stark 3a eller svag 4a i betyg.

Servicen var bra. Professionell och engelsktalande personal. Mindre bra var att vårt hotellrum inte låg i huvudbyggnaden där också receptionen fanns. Hotellrummet låg på en parallellgata från huvudbyggnaden. Dessutom två trappor upp långt in på korridor och behövde passera tre dörrar med två olika nycklar och ett kort. Kortet användes för att komma in i byggnaden. Nyckel för att komma in i rätt korridor (för hotelldelen). Samt ytterligare en nyckel för att komma in på hotellrummet. Det var omständigt. Frukosten ligger i huvudbyggnaden (om man bor i andra byggnaden så bra att veta) och är kontinental så vi valde äta ute och kan inte säga något om den. Det var väldigt lyhört och vi hade fönster ut mot en gata som är trafikerad nästan dygnet runt. Bra att tänka på om man är känslig mot ljud när man ska sova. Vi hade bra AC och höll rummet svalt under hela vistelsen, vilket gav bra sömn i värmen. I övrigt var det rent och behövde man få rummet städat hade man möjlighet till det varje dag. Det är promenadavstånd till de mesta sevärdheter samt till centralstationen för längre resor. Det fungerade smidigt till flygplatsen.

They staff was amazing. Rooms and bathroom are a little small. The elevator was fit for two. Breakfast was great for the small hotel. The biggest highlight was the staff being out of this world. We had some specific shopping needs and they called around for us to fit our need. The recommended food and shopping was on point. Thank you.
