Every transaction with hotel staff was frictionless. The room is small, but has every amenity. The price is excellent, for the APA location in Osaka is likely one of the best possible for a visitor. The area of the city is rich, riverfront with some foreign embassies, some offices and some residential . Many parks too! It is clean and lively , yet without being crowded. There are many traditional and Italian restaurants around! Museums, convention centre, all walking distance, and if you want to explore Osaka, Metro station right at the hotel entrance too. The hotel provides a laundry machine room, sauna, and has a breakfast restaurant (which is a thing surprisingly hard to find in Osaka; most food places are lunch and dinner only!) I recommend.

Booked this lodging pretty late, but enjoyed staying at this chain. The location was surprisingly convenient as it was really close to the metro entrance. The area was relatively quiet, but really accessible to the touristy areas of the city. Comfy rooms overall. A nice stay that is easy to travel from.

I try to stay at APA hotels while in Japan as they are always clean and safe and the staff are always polite and professional. This hotel is near restaurants and convenience stores and the Tokyo metro is connected to the hotel so it’s easy to get around. The ramen place across the road is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at when visiting Osaka.

Very convenient area close to the subway. Staff were super customer service and went over and above what i would expect. I left my laptop in a cab and staff helped me phone the police department to confirm that the in fact had it before I made my way down to pick it up. All this was in japanese as english is my first language.
