Drains for shower are clogged. Staff doesn’t want to work and get annoyed when you ask them for something. Beds are uncomfortable. Cleanliness is questionable when you find dirty jeans in the room.

Very nasty, worst experience ever. Walked into our “non-smoking” room that smelled like straight ashtray. The light didn’t work, & the floors were slippery like there was an oil like residue left on the floor. The tub faucet leaked & the drain was stopped up. I will say that yes, the A/C unit did blow cold, but it sounded so loud like it was about to blow up. The bed was very hard, I just would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved our stay ! Ice cold room ! And just minutes away from The Swamp Room !!!!! The best and BIGGEST double Bacon Cheeseburger ! And if you have kids it's just down the street from Game On ! An arcade with axe throwing , bowling , and a kitchen ..... And for those over 21 a bar !

The rooms are tragicly dirty , but the tubs are the wore. The only have an ice machine but across the street a gas station with hot food. No microwave or fridge in the rooms, also the keys rarely work.

I booked by two days and the owner will not let me get a refund even though I was scheduling it just to move dates so that kind of upset me. It was very trashy around the area. Bathrooms were not clean. Sheets were not clean. Nothing was right.

If your into a smoke smell…cigarette burned sheets…dirty bathroom cigarette burns on and in the tub…used toiletries and a sketchy atmosphere…then this room is for you…it was cheap and last minute…I booked this room through the app…the pictures are not accurate… I literally sleep in my whole outfit with the shoes on…. The air barely worked and the ceiling fan blades where dropped down… I prayed and plead the blood of the lamb took a sleeping pill…never again stay clear of Evergreen..it’s inexpensive for a reason

I booked two rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, Room 111 did not have functioning air conditioning. The front desk clerk came to the room, confirmed that the AC was not working, and informed us that there was no one on-site who could repair it. She suggested that our entire group stay together in Room 246 instead. We attempted to stay in Room 246; however, that room had several serious issues as well. There was no water running to the shower, the room was extremely dirty, and the bed frame was broken. When we tried to lie down on the bed, it collapsed in a way that caused our feet to lift above our heads, making it impossible to use. Due to these conditions, we were unable to stay in either room and ultimately had to leave the property and sit in our vehicles for the remainder of the time.
