We stayed at the City Center – Modern and Bright Apartment for 3 days. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, but unfortunately the apartment itself was disappointing. The cleanliness and property conditions were not up to standard. The hot water kettle was dirty with residue from prior use, and two out of three showers did not drain properly, leading to nearly an inch of water pooling within minutes. Essential amenities were also missing or nonfunctional — the iron was not provided, the washing machine did not work, and while a coffee machine was available, no pods were included. Unlike all of our other stays in Italy, which offered complimentary coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper, this apartment lacked even the most basic items. There were also no garbage cans or kitchen towels, which made daily use of the apartment inconvenient. While we enjoyed the city and the location of the apartment, the poor maintenance and lack of attention to guest needs made the stay frustrating. With improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and provision of basic essentials, this property could be a great option, but as it stands, I cannot recommend it.

It was great to be met at the apartment and shown around. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in around Europe. The rooms are a great size and having 3 bathrooms for a family is a huge plus. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is quiet. Great central location which makes it easy to get to all the tourist spots. Great restaurants nearby.
