Just returned from a short stay at Vincanto and would highly recommend the apartments for anyone planning a trip. Spacious, clean and very comfortable stay. Great location to base yourself for exploring the city. Excellent communication from host with easy check in instructions provided and always available for any tips/questions you might have regarding Prague.

Could not check in on the night we arrived. Not the fault of the apartment. However the extra lock on the door confused us as the main lock pad. We had to take an alternative accommodation that night. There are Infact 2 keypads on the same lock one isn’t obvious in the dark and that’s the one you press. After few attempts we got locked out. My advice never arrive in the night. Otherwise property is okay and staff was good . Nothing like a hotel but good enough.

Very spacious, exactly what we needed to anchor our trip on prague for a mom with 3 middle young (6-11) year old kids. Beds were middling in comfort. My mattress sagged and the pillows were not very comfortable... that said, i still slept a full 8 hours each night at a minimum.

The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable. It accommodated my family of 2 adults and 3 kids very well. The communication with the apartment manager was excellent and we got everything we need very quickly. Excellent walkthrough of city map and tourist recommendations. Fin lejlighed med god placering

Alt var som det skulle være. Gåafstand til alt vigtigt. Dog vil jeg en anden gang gerne have et sted, hvor der er bløde møbler til alle. Vi var nødt til at sidde i sengene eller på gulvet, når vi ville slappe af. Et større spisebord ville også være dejligt.

Centralt beliggende lejlighed

Vi boede 2 voksne og 2 børn 10 dage i lejligheden. Vi fik skiftet håndklæder en enkelt gang, men ingen rengøring i løbet af opholdet. Lejligheden er fin, dog kunne der godt have været lidt mere service i køkkenet. Kun 4 glas og ingen store tallerkner. Personale er søde, og kommunikation via what’s app fungerede fint når vi havde brug for at give dem en besked.

I can’t find a single fault with this apartment. It was perfect for my 5 day stay in Prague. Check in was super easy. You go to the hotel reception which is just around the corner and the man there lets you into the apartment. The place itself was spotlessly clean and had tea, coffee and sugar for you to use. In the bedroom there are 2 big comfy beds and a tv that you can connect your Netflix or YouTube to. The windows run along the whole wall and overlook a small park with trees and the river beyond. Beautiful view. The windows have shutters and curtains. to keep the light out so you get a good nights sleep. Kitchen has the usual stuff, could do with some proper mugs for any future British guests but it’s a minor and didn’t affect my stay. It’s on the 4th floor but theres a lift and a small balcony beyond the kitchen if you want to sit outside. This was my first time in Prague and I found it a really convenient location. It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town clock and about the same to the old Jewish quarter. The staff were helpful when I couldn’t get in because of a problem with the lock. It was my fault, I was using the wrong keypad but they text me straight back and told me what to do. There’s a bus stop just around the corner where you can catch a bus to take you to Prague castle and a small shop downstairs where you can buy drinks and snacks. The area was really quiet. I’m a solo female traveller and I was coming and going at night and never felt unsafe

Yeri palladium avm ye 5-10 dk.yürüme mesafesinde.Merkezin gürültüsünden uzak.Sadece giriş kodunu yazıp kapıya açarken biraz zorlandık(kolun çevrilmesi de gerekiyormuş)Onun dışında recepsion da belirli saat aralığında var bize şehir haritasını verip nasıl gezmemiz noktasında yardımcı oldular.
