A wonderful Stay in Santorini

The location was perfect. Close to all the action, but not in the middle of it. Close to bus and taxi stations for daily trips and a few markets close by to buy fruits and drinks. The hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of each day. Breakfast to order was very good. Ornela, the front desk lady, was amazing, she provided excellent customer service. Also the housekeeper did an excellent work keeping our room and balcony spotless. We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay! Santorini is a lovely place!

We arrived to a broken hot tub with sand in the bottom, and the staff tried to blame us. The staff was rude. The air conditioning drained water all over the patio floor right outside of the door. There was no parking near the hotel. There was a wooden step on the patio that led to a terrace. The step was not secured and the top had a lip extending around the sides, which causes the step to tip if you do not place your foot right in the middle of the step. When stepping down from the terrace the I stepped onto the step, as soon as I put my weight on the step, it tipped forward causing me to fall backwards. I hit my head on the corner of the wall, my calf on the corner of the terrace metal table and my back on the terrace floor. I suffered large bruises on my calf and back, a smaller bruise on my head and had a severe headache the rest of the day, causing me to stay in the room and lose almost a whole day of my trip. When I reported the incident to the hotel, all the had to say was "well that has never happened before." There are many hazards and inconveniences at this hotel, and the staff is very unsupportive. Save yourself stress, headaches and money. Go somewhere else.

The suite itself was fantastic and the morning breakfast was delicious. Although, there were a couple of inconveniences in the form of no shower door, so water would always pool in the bathroom. The ac unit would also leak water into the room with a constant drip while being used. Still, the staff were incredibly kind and stayed in constant communication through text. They were even thoughtful enough to arrange transportation from the airport late at night after our flight was delayed. While being in the heart of Fira was convenient for dining and shopping options, it was also close enough to the late night clubs so that loud music and cheering could be heard deep into the night. Overall, the stay was delightful and I enjoyed my time at the Oasis. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Santorini.

A little hard to find because you can't drive up to the property. The Hostess was very helpful in all aspects. The mattress was too firm. Convenient location to food, shopping and the Caldera. Would recommend as very affordable.

Ornelle is an amazing Host for the hotel. She puts in every effort to make the guests comfortable. The hotel property is value for money. Property is a bit difficult to access, especially if you have a lot of luggage, bathroom design is not great (water comes out) and the AC is a bit iffy.

I enjoyed our stay as I was traveling alone with my daughter. But I was worried for nothing, the staff was so accommodating and always available to help. Good breakfast and friendly front desk staff. It was close to everything, as per a tousrist’s needs.

Surprisingly good

The hotel was proactive and sent us messages before we arrive. We ended up arrived super early and staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not facing the sea front which make it a lot more quiet and enjoyable. The room is clean and well maintain; we even got a small hot tube on the balcony.

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival by Ms Ornela, the receptionist. She gave us a map of the island and recommended some tours and cruises that we can take during our holiday. She kindly help us carry our heavy luggage up to our Deluxe Suite room. Our room is very spacious and nicely furnished with a good sized bathroom, provided with all the toiletries we need for our stay. Our room comes with a nice balcony with a good view facing the sunrise. Everyday we had a good choice of home-style breakfast menu which was freshly prepared and delicious. Our room is also kept very clean and tidy by the housekeeper. The hotel is very convenient and located on a quiet side street just a short stroll to Fira main shopping and dining areas. There are many good restaurants and cafes all within just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a good full service laundromat just around the corner. The Fira bus terminal is less than 5 minutes walk away. To watch the beautiful sunset you only need to take a 5 mins stroll to the walking street surrounding the caldera. All the shopping, rooftop bars and restaurants can be found here. We throughly enjoyed our 7 nights stay at Oasis Hotel, and we will stay here again on our next trip to Santorini!

We loved our stay at Oasis Hotel. Everything was well kept and very clean. Ornela, the receptionist, is wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable with her hospitality. Thank you Ornela 😃 The hotel is located within walking distance to the bus station, from where all the buses leave to the other towns, and also five minute walk to the center of town. Thank you again for a memorable stay.
