Some of the staff could have been a little nicer I wanna say when they are being asked questions by Costumers; Your Bread And Butter; your clothes you wear; if you don’t want to be at work or it’s such a big deal to be there than do us all a favor along with yourself; LEAVE somebody else would love to be in your spot. That’s something I learned and adapted to at an early age ijs. Think if it was you? As a matter fact it had been or will be you just as the older folks used to say “Keep Right On Living” Other than that my stay was absolutely fabulous.

Appeared clean, everything including wifi worked, full size kitchen, pleasant staff and price for the area was reasonable.. Only disappointment (unimportant to me) is the "Breakfast" was minimal - more like a snack bar.

When I first checked in, the towels were clearly used and folded up as if it were washed. luckily I brought my own towel so I could use that. But the issue didn’t stop there because I noticed that when I was about to get into bed that the bed had hairs and stains on it as well. And I hadn’t been inside the bed so I know it wasn’t me. When I tried to go downstairs and talk to the receptionist, she gave me an attitude and essentially try to tell me that I didn’t see what I saw even though I had pictures and showed her. When I told her I would like some type of accommodation for this. She gave me an attitude and told me that I can’t get another room or I should just suck it up and take the towels and linen that she’s offering. The issue is that I was kind before, but when she started giving me an attitude after I mentioned how unhygienic it is to have stains and used towels in an actual biohazard issue, it was disregarded. i’m just saying it’s OK for a hotel to be cheap but to be cheap and dirty is crazy to me.
this towel was crunchy… like ew
they more likely than not do not wash sheets after each guest

The first rooms hot water was not working. It was luke warm but not warm enough to shower. Spoke to the desk and they sent a guy. They guy came to the room and confirmed the water issue. He then told me the desk told

The hotel is pretty run down and my room was on the first floor right next to the parking lot. The bright parking lot lights shined in through my window because the blinds didn’t close all the way. Fortunately, I only needed to be in the room for a few hours. Would not recommend for longer stays. The front desk staff was fine.
