Old and poorly maintained building. The shower stall drain was clogged, so water wouldn’t drain well, the furniture and lighting were worn out, and overall it wasn’t very clean. But good location.

The room we had view of dragon bridge. Room was spacious and clean. There was a clothes washing machine in the room which was a surprise, and the host said we could use, which was super big plus. AC worked great. Central location. The host or the worker was nice. Would stay again.

Receptionisten hjalp os på telefon med sen check-in og var meget hjælpsom. Svarede hurtigt og var effektiv. Fint værelse og udsigt, men kvaliteten lever ikke op til billederne. Lidt slidt, men helt okay. Minder mest om en lejlighed end hotel. God seng og god placering.

The receptionist Libra was an excellent person who helped me in my short stay. made it quick and easy to get into my hotel. the hotel is very clean tidy and no clutter. alot of resturants outside, cafes and food vendors. near the beach and great view upstairs oversee Da Nang

シャワーのお湯が一定時間を過ぎると温水になり、気温によっては寒くてゆっくりはいれません。 キッチン周りは決して清潔とは言えず、一回も使用しませんでした。 スタッフさんはすごく親切で、深夜のチェックアウトでもメッセージで連絡くれたりなど心配してくれました。 周りにカフェやレストラン、スパがたくさんあるので利便性に優れていました！

The room was terrible the doors opened to the next door neighbours0 Privacy issues and terrible no dust bins and they took of the river view rooms was not what weblike. I must mention Libra the manager of the hole in the corner was agreed to move us to better residing. While it was not great an improvement. We barely had space to move around. The balcony as a blessing

The advertisement is misleading, no wifi, no security or staff 24/7, the room is dated, the A/C never got the room cool at 90+ degrees outside. Only 32 inch TV had YouTube and I had to use my portable router. The costs is excessive for the room and entrance is down an alley with scooter parked and scooters in the lobby. My wife felt ill inside the room and we stay out as long as possible. Visitors should bring all essentials. Not able to change hotels due to Vietnamese 50th Independence or we would never have stayed there...the price is overated and costly for the room and VERY limited essentials. Recommend staying in Hoi An abd traveling to sites in Da Nang. Attractions are Awesome in Da Nang but my hotel stay was not good.
