Ottima accoglienza, siamo arrivati due ore in anticipo rispetto l'orario di checkin. Volevamo lasciare soltanto le valigie per poter andare a visitare la città. Ci hanno fatto comunque accomodare nella nostra camera senza alcun supplemento. Molto disponibili e cortesi. Hotel centralissimo, a due passi dal Gran Bazar e da moltre attrazioni turistiche.

Emerald Mansion is an adorable boutique hotel close to some hot spots! Very safe and walkable area, close to mosque and public transport. The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Moustfah the concierge staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend the stay, however for light sleepers get a room that does not have windows on the front. Even though the street was small it was quite busy and a stone road so the sound of cars throughout day and night can be heard quite well when trying to sleep.

Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel in fußläufiger Nähe zu allen großen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Sultanahmet. Frühstück wird auf dem Zimmer serviert. Besonders möchte ich den guten Hausgeist Mustafa loben. Ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Herr.

Have been travelling the world for 20 years, this was the most awful stay i have ever had. My room 201 was so tiny, the window wouldn't open and the room was stuffy and i was forced to leave my door open to allow fresh air (security risk?). I felt the 'personalised' room breakfast was inadaquate and a cheap way out for the hotel... i cut my losses, and left the hitel for another way better and cheaper hotel down the road, i was just so glad to get out of the hotel. Management couldn't have cared.

Everything was as expected and as per the website description. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. As per the description it’s in the old part of Istanbul and there is a lot of character in the area. The manager and staff were most friendly and welcoming. Offering drinks on arrival and happy to chat and provide advice. While it’s a small hotel it is beautifully decorated with several beautiful Turkish artefacts. An easy ten minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Mosque. A special thank you to the manager Murat for his hospitality and sharing his knowledge. Well worth a visit.

The people working on the front desk, the housekeepers and manager were super welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. I fell in love with the hotel decor. The bedroom and bathroom are super beautiful. The only thing I was not happy about was the breakfast, it’s close to nothing, I ended up going to the supermarket close by and bought some bread and iogurt to leave in my room for breakfast.

I was looking for a modest hotel close to many of the historic sites I was specifically coming to Istanbul to visit. This hotel more than met my simple expectations. The in-room breakfast was more substantial than expected and my room was exactly what I needed. The hotel was very good value for someone like me who wanted to enjoy the sites of Istanbul, rather than a so-called destination hotel, as it were.
