The biggest issue we had as a family was the place was short staffed. The few people working were running and nonstop so the front desk didn't answer the phone, there were only two clean towels left for a double room with 3 people. Our son just started LSU so we are looking for a place to stay often but honestly don't think it will be Indigo. Also didn't appreciate paying for coffee in the morning. My aunt, Diane Pratt also had a room and she travels and stays at Hilton's all of the time and was disappointed that her room was not cleaned, couldn't get clean towels and shortage of staff.
