When we arrived, I called the hotel to find out where we should meet the shuttle and the hotel staff was very patient and helpful with me. The breakfast was a typical continental food (waffles, yogurt, muffins, eggs, coffee) and the breakfast area was clean. The elevator was a little scary (it made strange noises when going down) but our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I recently stayed at this establishment from Friday to Monday and had a disappointing experience. On the first night, I reported an issue with the hot water, which was supposed to be inspected by maintenance; however, no one arrived. As a result, we did not shower that evening. The following morning, my husband investigated the issue and discovered that the hot and cold water settings were reversed. It was surprising that no one followed up on the issue. Furthermore, we did not receive housekeeping services throughout our stay despite my request at the front desk. The explanation provided was that they were understaffed, but I believe I should have been notified and offered alternative solutions, such as extra towels and trash collection.

Hotel is a bit dated from the outside with just some fresh paint on it, but stayed on the 3rd floor and room was fantastic. Everything brand new, freshly renovated. Looks like the rooms were completely gutted and everything replaced. New bed, furniture, bathroom etc. Everything was clean also, however there was no maid service each morning for the three days that I stayed there. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Free shuttle back and forth to the airport as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Be aware that there is neither a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I didn't look at the room desciption close enough and assumed they would be included. Other than that the room was fine. Clean.
