A very well located historic property. Close to many restaurants, public squares, and museums. Great for exploring the city by walking or by short taxi rides. The staff was very helpful especially considering our Spanish was not very good.

Call before you stay

Booked the room at this location as a romantic retreat for my wife and I. Paid for a nice big room with a romantic view of the historical area, only to arrive and find out that the window is covered with paint and cenment for construction on the building and the buildings around it. Didnt get a discount or another room to make up for it. Service could be better.

Staff at desk absolutely not helpful. The woman at the desk ignored my requests and questions. Music playing in the whole hotel and could be heard in the room from morning till late evening. Room I booked was not available. Only staff who take care of the room were friendly and did their job properly. There is no manager supervision the young staff and the business in this hotel, everyone is free to do as they like!

Tenemos mas de 65 años y nos dan una habitación en tercer piso sin elevador. En recepción apenas contestaba las preguntas, el estacionamiento a 3 cuadras, la xortina de la recámara le entraba luz del pasillo porque es muy corta, permiten escandalo en pasillo a las 11 pm. El WC no servia. La tv chafa de mala imagen. Realmente decepcionante para ser Misión
