Ótima localização e atendimento impecável !

Localização excelente. Quartos remodelados e confortáveis. Café da manhã servido no quarto com várias opções,atendimento impecável. A fachada do prédio por ser bem antigo assusta, mas o conforto do quarto é a praticidade da localização é ótimo. Ponto de ônibus na frente, Fontana de Trevi e Pantheon 3 min caminhando. Super indico

Gostei muito da localização sendo proxima aos principais pontos turísticos e também fácil para a utilização de onibus e/ou metrô. A Sra Nicoleta e sua equipe foram super atenciosos. Como melhoria talvez um elevador que parta já do piso terrêo pois os dois lances de escada para que possui malas são desgastantes.

It's a great option for a stay in Rome! It's a super-central, small, and cozy hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean, and the staff was very friendly and always willing to guide and help. The welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a great touch. The only drawback was that the hotel entrance is on a small street, and it was a bit difficult to find. But we will definitely return here during our next visit to Rome.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was abundant. Staff were really nice and helpful. I loved our stay here! The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because the place was actually hard to find and going there required climbing the stairs and it was very difficult with our luggages. Other than that, stay was amazing.

VIP service

We stayed here 5 nights in March. We were hesitant about not staying in a “Hotel” but the service and personal attention we received from the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Daria & Roxana proved us VIP service. Daria text us prior to our arrival to ensure they were present to greet us. Roxana guided us with places see and eat. She would make us fresh coffee every morning with fresh pastries. Room was cleaned daily. Truly, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend it. We would definitely return here without hesitation. It was a little hard to find but Daria & Roxana made sure to come out and greet us at the front entrance. Recommend adding a picture of the entrance to assist future guests. Or adding it to the greeting email prior to the visit.

Good stay in the centre of Rome

We had an excellent stay here for 3 nights at the end of our 4 weeks in Europe. We had 2 different room types to fit the 5 of us - one junior suite and one superior double. Both were spacious and well appointed, the beds felt the memory foam which were very comfortable. The junior suite had a balcony which was nice but a little small and enclosed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always offering good suggestions for restaurants and shopping, ordering airport transfers etc. It’s located only a couple of minutes from key sights - the Trevi, pantheon and Spanish steps. The only annoyance was the accommodation entrance was kind of within a restaurant that wasn’t associated; you had to walk past a restaurant waiter every time we went in and out of our rooms and they always tried to get you to eat there. There also isn’t an elevator from the ground to your room floor - you have to carry them up one flight of stairs, put them in a tiny elevator and then carry them up or down another flight of stairs. That also means you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to your room.

Hotel incrível em Roma!!!

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, extremamente bem localizado, a atendente Daria muito solicita, quarto super novo, e o melhor da pra aproveitar praticamente tudo em Roma, a pé. Só sente um incoveniente, por ficar no quarto próximo ao café da manhã, o que gerava certo barulho logo cedo no nosso quarto, mas nada que deva ter nos incomodado tanto.
