真實評價

6/10 不錯

Front desk coverage was spotty at best. The restaurant was limited by selection. The help was inexperienced. Security was sketchy.. The whole place seemed disorganized.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

The staff was friendly. No restaurant and limited times for shuttle rides to & from the airport. Room was as pictured.
真實評價

8/10 很好

We had a late check in so the front desk was lacking. The room was clean and the beds were soft. There was no mini fridge in the room. We did not see any breakfast when we went down and it was only 930. Overall, we were only there for one night and it was sufficient for that.

真實評價

8/10 很好

Only issue was property was listed as having an airport shuttle. My flight in was delayed so ended up arriving at midnight understood that shuttle was not available. Staff at that time told me shuttle was available daily from 8am to 5pm. When I inquired about reserving on the day prior to departure (Saturday) at 11am was told by staff they were unsure what time driver would be available and may be as late as 2pm. The shuttle was one of the reasons I booked the property so was a bit disappointed it was not available.

This is my second stay at this hotel and will be my go to hotel for now on when traveling. The staff and rooms are excellent as well as the pool, gym, and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
