The apt and the view is amazing. I was torn between touring the beautiful country of Panama & just relaxing in the apt. My friends stayed at a luxurious hotel, I paid less & didn't have to share. They took more pics in the apt than I did😀. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had some great recommendations. I will stay at Yoo’s on my next trip here with my family. Beautiful property with a full on view of the ocean. The bathroom and kitchen amenities lent the apartment a cozy, homey feel. Reasons I didn't give the property a five: discovered scurrying little roach-like creatures in the kitchen, and there was a vague to strong odor of mold more towards the kitchen area; other than that, I loved the apartment!

The apartment location and building amenities are excellent. The apartment itself is very spacious and extremely comfortable with incredible city views. Only concern was the condition of the furniture is quite worn and the apartment wasn’t that clean upon checkin. Recommend checking to make sure the apartment is cleaned properly upon checkin. I had to have them deep clean it as it wasn’t well done initially. But Boutique Apartments team was very responsive and tried their best to correct and address my concerns. I was pleased with their attention. Overall had a great stay! I definitely recommend Yoo Apartment!

Large, beautiful apartment, great view of the city, fast wifi, convenient location close to restaurants, groceries and $4 Uber to Old Town. Only area for improvement would be adding more basic conveniences such a few more rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, bowls, cork screw, drying towels, glasses, etc etc that do not cost much and would greatly improve daily living for the guests.

I rented apt 29k was excellent 👌 for the first week. On the second week I moved to apt 16k and it wasn't so good. The party buses and cars driving woke me up every night several times. 26k needs impact windows or soundproofing. The stove didn't work, the dryer had a foul odor, the TV in the room didn't work, the fridge doesn't make ice or had water so I had to run to the store every time I run out of bottle water. The service was really attentive and the property manager point of contact for the rental property agency was there to help all the time. Yes ! I would go back but not to apt 16k.

I always stay at this apartments when visiting Panama. The property is great in terms of locations and amenities. However, this unit lacked a few things like proper pans and some utensils. Restroom was more basic than other ones. It was clean.

The host's for 31G lack of apology for the broken air conditioning and the musty smell was frustrating. Things only got worse when I found a wet mop with a foul odor in the laundry room while doing my laundry. I ended up putting it outside until I left. When I got back home, I was forced to leave all my clothes in the garage due to the overwhelming musty smell. The Yoo is in a great location and definitely safe place to live while visiting. I can’t say the same for 31 G

A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. There were very limited kitchen items- no spatulas or coffee mugs and very little to cook with. We really enjoyed the general areas of the hotel but the unit was definitely disappointing. Very nice Panama City Staycation

The Yoo Apartments are very nicely located and with lots of good dining and retail options around it. The amenities are ample, pool, gym, parking, beautiful food Deli, and three really nice restaurants on site. We thought we were booking a Ocean view unit, but at check in we found otherwise, that said the City view was nice. The apartment itself is quite spacious and simply but nicely furnished, it has a large balcony with city views, which is great at night, but no furniture. The king ( comfortable bed!) bedroom was large as well as the walking closet and double sink bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well, the apt has two TVs thou we didn't use them. The kitchen was of good size and w large fridge, there is also a small laundry room with washer and dryer which is convenient. I suggest that some kitchen utelcils, pots and pans need to be updated. We were happy with the experience and plan to visit Yoo apartments again. I may just make a point of connecting with the apartment manager before arriving to go over some details and manage expectations before arrival.
