Great overnight stay and introduction to Palermo !

Great overnight stay, in the heart of Palermo. Close proximity to Palermo Centrale, and all the main sights. Good facilities both in the room and common areas. Titsiana was very helpful and always had a smile when providing hospitality. Highly recommended !

The property was in a good location and it was convenient to transportation and the other areas, especially Via Vittorio Emanuele street. The rooms are located inside of an apartment complex. The staff, especially Samantha, were lovely. The only complaint was I found the room floors to be dirty (not mopped or vacuumed) but the bed was clean and so was the inside of the property and room. It felt very safe with a key to enter the property and then enter the rooms and then physically enter your room after. They offered complimentary coffee/juice/tea and a cake in the morning.

Great location near Kalsa. Clean and spateous room. The wifi wasn't working the first night but the staff were very quick to respond via WhatsApp and had someone fix it within an hour which we appreciated.

Das Allerbeste an der Unterkunft, die wirklich sehr schön ist, ist das warmherzige Personal. Dass die Umgebung im Zentrum von Palermo nicht gerade eine Oase der Ruhe ist, ist klar. Gerne werde ich bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder ein Zimmer buchen. Bis dahin funktioniert dann bestimmt auch das WiFi etwas zuverlässiger.

Central location in old Palermo. The area is going through gentrification. Some buildings may seem to need a fresh paint but the exterior of the property look great. I feel safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The property owner commuted with Whatsapp and I was able to check in without any problem. The room itself is spotless, big and comfortable. Tasteful modern decor with luxurious vibes.
