Was unable to get a room after I booked it on hotels.com. Come to find out the hotel is small with only 20 rooms available, there was a lot of people turned away. I still got charged they couldn’t cancel it for me nor could I on the website!!!! Never again will I use this site!!!!!

Room was terrible. Staff was rude and he’s not pet friendly. He charged me an extra $50 outside of Hotels.com saying that Hotels.com was not his price and I have to pay him an extra $50 then he charged me $20 deposit when I checked out early, he threw the $20 back at me and he would not give me a receipt for the $50 saying that he don’t give receipts but then wrote on a piece of paper what he charged me

Half a roll of tp. 2 lil soap bars. Tv didnt work overall dirty and the worse tile job ive ever seen. Morenof a thord world hostel without a smile. Also the guy was super rude and just a non welcoming human. Unless u really need a place i would rather sleep outisde fr. Im not boujie and have traveled all over. This place is a 1 outta 10 easy

Worst experience ever. Bunch of thieves. Those who have been There will know every word is true.. require a bill $$$ deposit. 3 times what they charge for the room. for that amount I would stay somewhere nicer. I had asked them first to cancel the room and just issue a refund since I was not going to be staying there and pay three times the amount that I actually paid for the hotel room and he said sure sure sure so of course I checked and try to cancel it on my end and the manager actually processed it as a check in so basically that means that I don’t get a refund because I checked into the room so I contacted hotels.com inform them of the situation and their thing was to call the property. Here’s where it gets good the thief told hotels.com that I was not going to be paying extra that the hundred dollars was a deposit can you believe that so the whole reason we book online is to get a cheaper rate but when I got to the hotel room, I was expected to pay their rate which is an additional amount and then pay the bill for a deposit and what delusional La La Land does that make any sense at all mind you if you do book these rooms take a look at that. I don’t think the whole room is worth $100 the manager upon stating the obvious that she’s trying to keep the money and not do business the right Way decide to assault me outside of the property and to get the F out obviously his residents hear them and they come out and harassed me to leave the property. Do not stay here!,!!

If I could rate this place less I would. Do not stay here. Roaches across the bed. Bathtub and shower peeling off and disgusting. Smoke alarm going off every 3 mins. Do NOT STAY HERE

Was absolutely horrific...when i arrived they advised me the price which i had already been charged was incorrect then charged my card and additional 75 dollars plus a 50 dollar deposit which has yet to be refunded...i jave tried contacting hotels several times and can not speak to a representative

Definate trap house for the homeless. Took our reservation and our money and then told us they had no room available when we arrived and refused to answer Expedia's phone calls yo comfirm they renagged on our reservation.

The hotel not only does not update rates with hotel.com, they don't do their job, but they also refuse to own up to their mistakes. I had a very bad experience with them as they not only admitted to not having updated the rates on the website but also refused to honor the rate and were requesting that I pay more at their hotel property, which is a very low quality looking property and very sketchy. I do NOT recommend it at all.

Hotel said the hotel room was more then what I paid for on the website and I couldn’t cancel, so they charged additional along with not returning my deposit, not worth the price, dirty with roaches in the bathroom. When I got ready to check out it was someone doing drugs in the parking lot. Overall it was a bad experience and I don’t plan on visiting ever again.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Lighting was single overhead fluorescent tube. Paint chipped and cabinets damaged. Electrical outlets with no faceplates. Lastly, refused to accept the booked rate and denied room until paid an additional 50% above booked rate. Terrible location.

The staff was rude and would not accept my confirmation. He stated that I received it for a price far too low. So, basically he was upset that I got the rate I got. It was completely last minute and I literally paid online. Do not recommend for Expedia to have this hotel on the app. Completely disappointed, disgusted, and I was so tired. I had to drive around and look for another room. I requested a refund and they denied it. After they were the ones who would accept my reservation. Unbelievable
