Brandnew Hotel
When check-in in the afternoon the 2 front desk staff were rude, lack of knowledge, unapproachable and short. Breakfast was great! They served a real scrambles eggs and not processed made. They served a refreshing drinks with mint leaves, lemon and orange flavor water and with variety of selections. The kitchen staff especially the old man was polite, helpful, hospitable and with a radiant smiles. The housekeeper were polite, courteous and diligent. The Hilton hotel management must scrutinize to whom they should have placed an employees to work at the front desk because it makes difference on how to address clients, guest or patrons with courtesy.
