Excellent sejour. En revanche ne compter pas sur la piscine seulement accessible aux petits enfants.

8/10 很好

The hotel is good but the service and amenities are a far cry from a 5 star. It doesn't live upto the ITC 5 star standards. We had been put into a room which wasn't set up. Had a broken shower which wasnt checked before handing the room and the problem couldn't be fixed. Finally past midnight we were moved into another room and the service was unacceptable when we had a very long tiring journey with young kids who just wanted to shower and sleep. The staff is polite and courteous but inexperienced to handle a 5 star property. The breakfast service was excellent with a large spread and delicious food. Excet for the initial handling of the situation, it was a pleasant stay but not thee quality you expect for a 5star property. Its a good 4 star hotel. Thank you.

It is too pathetic a place for someone expecting it to be luxury five star hotel, rooms are worse than a three star. It honestly looks far better in pictures, don’t get fooled by that!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Storii by ITC Hotels, Jaisalmer. As a member, I expected professional hospitality and service standards, but unfortunately my experience was completely unacceptable.

While the staff was courteous and the food was good. The facilities and room amenities were under par. The shower would leak water outside, there was dirt in the room and premises after cleaning as well. Overall, it feel like a 3* place and absolutely not worth the price.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel fell far short of the five-star standard that was advertised and that we paid a premium for. One of the biggest issues was that the air conditioning was not functioning and was reportedly under maintenance in several key areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, reception, and bar. The temperature in these areas was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. In particular, the restaurant was often too hot to dine in comfortably, forcing us to spend a considerable amount on room service simply to avoid the heat. Rather than enjoying the hotel and its amenities, we found ourselves spending much of our time confined to our room. This had a significant impact on our holiday and prevented us from making proper use of the facilities we had paid for. There were also a number of other disappointments that were surprising for a hotel of this rating. Basic soft drinks such as Diet Coke and Fanta were unavailable, and when we requested a fruit platter for breakfast, the offering consisted only of melons. While these may seem like minor issues individually, they contributed to an overall feeling that the hotel was not operating at the standard expected of a five-star property. The cumulative effect of these problems was so disappointing that we ultimately decided to leave earlier than planned. We did not want the ongoing issues to continue affecting our holiday and felt it was better to move elsewhere.
