Had to leave at 1am the first night of our stay because of cockroaches. The girl was new and didn’t know how to help, manager wouldn’t answer the phone. Told me they would cover extra cost of a room at another Hilton hotel, but that wasn’t true. They then charged my card 3x over the next 3 days, almost $900, then told me it was only 2x and that they were being nice by refunding me at all, because they don’t refund if you book through 3rd party, and to call my bank. When I called back to tell them it actually is 3x, they stopped answering the phone. The place is also filled w mold, that they cover w paint. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the room. The carpet was so dirty, my socks were grey. I was expecting more from a Hilton hotel. I’m afraid to bring my luggage inside my house, afraid to bring bugs in. Also random people hanging out by the front door. I wouldn’t have left a review, if they would have handled it different. This ruined by whole weekend, I had to drive 2 hrs back home and then back the next morning, ruined my experience that we were looking forward to all summer
