Customer service was the highlight of my experience. They are very lovely and kind, always ready to help with a genuine smile. It doesn’t feel like they’re being nice just because it’s their job kindness truly comes naturally to them.

Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming.

Lily in kids club was GREAT! We also had an exceptional butler with Wandy ❤️. Would love to have experienced all the restaurants but there were days where some were closed. In other hotels, there are tip cards with qr codes for staff members to keep on them so people can electronically tip employees. They should adopt that!
