Excellent location. Easy checking in and out.

Nice place, right down town. The check in was awkward because it is in the restaurant and the parking situation was not the best but all and all I would go there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Suites, our room was recently renovated, modern and clean, the location was convenient being right downtown, and the staff were terrific, courteous, professional and eager to make sure we had great stay.

The a/c was amazing there wasn’t that much parking
真實評價

4/10 尚可

Dark unlit back door and dark hallways. Uneven room floors which nauseated me. Bed was too low and too hard. New mattress is needed. Very little space to hang clothes. No instructions on use of tv remote. Air conditioner didn't work so left sliding doors open, and blinds left up only to have a huge sign lights flashing all night. The small room was cute with a nice new bathroom but other problems took away from that. Staff was good .

2/10 欠佳

Location is what this property offers. Its right on the strip. Horrible service and responsiveness from host. Definitely more of a backpacker style accommodation than luxury feel.

The bathroom was gross and room was overall not well maintained.

The location was perfect! About a 5-10min walk to the main beach. Close to multiple shops and food options. The parking was a bit confusing to find at first but once we got there it was good. Room was clean. Loved the balcony.

10/10 完美

The rooms are above crabby Joe's (excellent restaurant by the way) was a bit unsure at first as the entrance is not the Greatest, run down. But the room was nice and clean nothing fancy. The bed was hard though and should have had some sort of mattress cover. Overall it was a good spot, about 15 min walk to beach which of course was extremely packed. We ended up going to pinery provincial park, worth the 20 entrance fee. Less crowded. Would stay again

Great location on the main strip over a good restaurant/ bar. I did find the big lit sign for the Colonial Hotel outside my window flickered through at night. It was bothersome.

Parking is a hit or miss. If its too busy then they say parking is full and you will have to rely on other means

We recently arrived home from Coastal Suites Grand Bend where we had a lovely time. Our updated room was a great size complete with a balcony to enjoy in the mornings and evenings before we headed to the beach and when we came back for the night! A big shout out to Jayvin who was wonderful and very accommodating in fact, all of the staff were helpful and always very polite! Coastal Suites Grand Bend is over top of Crabby Joe’s and on the main strip with a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. We walked everywhere. Our car never moved from its parking spot until we checked out.! We would highly recommend Coastal Suites Grand Bend !!!!
