Habitación suficientemente amplia, cama grande y cómoda, mobiliario práctico, confortable y con todos los detalles necesarios,cuarto de baño completo, ducha fabulosa y amenities de calidad y más cantidad que los de otros muchos hoteles de, incluso, más categoria que éste, Magnífica relación Calidad-Servicio-Precio. My partner and I came for his birthday, the rooms were clean but smaller than expected. The staff were all friendly, but even on photocopying our passports couldn’t match my name with the name on the screen, and asked if I’d made a booking. And even when I pointed out my name tried to give me someone else’s invoice. It also stated on the booking that breakfast was included - we ended up paying for breakfast. Good transport connections

Rubbish service

I’m very frustrated I arrive in the hotel and he told me he has to find another hotel for me then he send me to another hotel. Because he said to me he has problem electric on for floor and he’s going to call a taxi to send me to another hotel then I wait 15 minutes When I am arriving here I am very disappointed and frustrated and tired I don’t know what should you do when I’m going to toilet to get a shower I’m very tired don’t have a nothing there so this make me sick and I don’t know the words what I can use . it but I will not stay here I’ll find another way but I want my money back The name of the hotel he sent me is hotel central He don’t have one star I had already contacted you on the 27th and I did not have any response I contacted you in this email from which your page directed me

The mattress was very old and uncomfortable , there was no AC in the room so it was very hot the fridge was not working, the blanket was old and itching
