I would give it 5 stars but it is under construction and we had to ask to change rooms twice to be put in a room that was suitable and not being impacted by construction. I don't think they should be booking people in those rooms at all, we shouldn't have needed to ask for a change. The staff were very nice and helpful though. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, excellent hot water. Restuarant is good too. Very close to the airport, overall extremly good value and I'm sure it will be 5 stars when it is all complete.

2回目の滞在でした。スタッフがも守衛さんもとても親切で、キビキビやりとりしてくださります。 前の道路が工事中なので埃がすごいですが工事が終われば人気のホテルになると思います。 朝食も美味しかったです。空港からタクシーで15分ほどです。お部屋のお掃除がもう少し行き届いてたらいいなと思いますが、全体的に満足です

Staff was very helpful and nice including reception and guard . Ms. Mira was very well Mannered front desk personnel, and took care of my luggage for next check in very smoothly . One suggestion that I’d like to request you is, double check the room before check in. 1.dash bin was full from the previous guest 2.no toilet paper in the room Other than this , I am very happy for my choice and appreciated your service

Just below average

OK for one night stay. The address was wrong, thankfully the taxi driver took me back in and dropped at the correct location. Room was unclean and ac was leaking and the staff helped me change it. Almost no vegan option, no oat milk. Overall, it is just about average place.

Approach road is not great, Make sure while getting to the right place since Klick Vista can be confused with the sister property named Klick Hotel which is very close by.The hotel serves the basic purpose of spending a night close to the airport (about 5 miles). Breakfast was ok and useful.

Very poor experience here. Room card was old and it is the same card people used for many months probably they hand write on plastic which had a dirty sticker and partly delaminated. I had some chocolate bar from the minibar and the receptionist said he cant take credit cards and I should get cash somewhere. Never been in a hotel which does not accept international credit cards before.

It was difficult for the airport taxi driver to find. Even when we saw the hotel, we struggled to find a way to drive to the front door. Room was spacious and clean. Building site next door was noisy in the morning when I was trying to catch up on sleep after 2 flight journey. Hotel arranged a taxi to central Bangalore city and we agreed price with driver, Driver then overcharged 500INR when got to destination
