The air conditioning worked perfectly and parking was easy, lots of space. The room was clean and smelt nice. The bathroom was clean however I saw some flies and a beetle git in our clothing, there is a need to ensure proper fumigation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it's a family friendly inn. It is also close to a lot of places.

Booked this motel based on reviews and location and were not disappointed. Motel was exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance of Falls and restaurants, clean simple accommodations for a good nights sleep without all the extras that are really not necessary… unless you plan on never leaving your room. Staff were all exceptional as was the owner. We spent time talking with him and he has great plans for the motel, so we will definitely be returning.

Decent property for a good price as weekend rates for Niagara are astronomical! Although the rooms are dated, they are well kept and very clean by all standards of motel/inn category, and parking was free. Very nice towels and the toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind. Front Desk was welcoming and helpful with a smile I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either of their properties on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls.
