Poor seevice, rude staff from reception to breakfast they have poor customer seevice. Room has army of cockroaches and they refused to change the room. They changed after i made big complain but still has cockroaches. They dont bother to refill the food even guests are coming and no food left. Expensive hotel but not worth it.

Hotel/værelse var slet ikke færdigt, det værelse vi fik tilbudt, der var badeværelset på det ene værelse helt tomt, og ikke bygget endnu, vi havde intet køleskab, for det forklarede personalet at de ikke havde haft mulighed for at komme i alle værelser endnu, men de værelser der havde køleskab, alle var optaget!! Så havde vi bestilt værelse med byudsigt! - alle vores vinduer var møg beskidte og udsigt var direkte ind i et nyt hotel tårn!! og alt det som hotellet tilbyder af restauranter, massage, o.lign. Det findes slet ikke endnu, da butikkerne ikke er bygget færdig!!!! 5 stjernet hotel er det LANGT fra!! Vi havde blandt andet valgt hotellet udefra gratis transport, som var aftalt med hotellet, men de kom dog aldrig og hentede os, så efter 40min venten måtte vi ud og tage en taxa. Næste dag da vi om morgen skulle have morgenmad, blev vi nået chokket, da vi forventede mere af et 5.stjernet hotellet, end en brødrister hvor kun 1. ud af 4 toastbrød ristere virkede, 1nudel ret, 1 lys suppe uden indhold, og en beholder med 10 små stegte grønsager var på menyen !!!!! Ikke engang smør til brødet, ingen flaske vand, til os som ikke drikker det lokale vand!!! Langt fra pengene værd! gratis tran

Good hotel

The Golden Seagull Hotel was a bit of a maze to find when we took a Grab. There were no clear signs inside the subdivision, which made it difficult to locate. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the breakfast wasn’t great — the food was cold, and there weren’t many options. The rooms were extremely spacious, which we loved, and the washrooms were massive and clean. Unfortunately, what shocked us the most was finding a red stain on one of my brother’s bedsheets. It looked old and was quite disgusting and unacceptable. I immediately called the front desk to request cleaning service. The staff responded quickly, and the lady changed the sheets right away. Overall, the hotel was GOOD — the staff were kind, the rooms were nice, and they offer an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. However, cleanliness and food quality definitely need improvement.

There was a cockroach on the bed, they didn't turn on hot water in the room, paid for all you can eat breakfast but the restaurant was closed 2/3 days I stayed, they delivered breakfast the days the resto was closed but it arrived late in the morning and service couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, they didn't clean my room the first day, the 2nd day when I asked for them to clean room, they forgot to leave towels, laundry service was late.. I asked when it would be ready and they said 3 hours.. it took 5-6hrs and I constantly had to call to check in, they never called me to update me.. location is far if you need to commute to see people... overall service was very apathetic and didn't pay for what was advertised. Would not recommend nor return

La chambre est globalement propre, le personnel à l’écoute mais notre séjour a été gâchée la présence de nuisible dans la chambre (cafard) de plus le petit déjeuner n’est pas adapté à une clientèle internationale mais plus ciblé sur l’Asie (riz, soupe, poisson) avec peu de choix.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the property not accepting credit card payments (only cash and GCash!) and the kitchen not having a microwave oven. I love that the family suite we got was very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although the surrounding areas can get flooded, the overall vicinity (being near Okada and MOA) is nice and I suppose, safe as well. The pool was nice as well and the cafe good as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Shower head broken and if you look seriously enough the hotel is not very well built. It’s very windy in the area because it’s near the ocean but the staff keeps the door locked so it’s not very professional and it’s very inconvenient for us because we have to go to a dingy alley way to go outside. The staff aren’t very friendly, they don’t smile or greet you. The good thing was the bed and comforter.
