I stayed 6 days and they never came to the room to change the towels or make the bed. I had to go to the front desk to get towels but they only were able to give me a few hand towels. I left messages at the front desk to request room service and it was not done

We changed rooms 3 times asking for a clean toilet and working heater. It was COLD! The second one also had a dirty tub with a bar of used soap in the corner. The first two times I asked, I was told the motel was FULL. After the 2nd time, I called hotels.com and sent them pictures. They called the hotel and were promised we would get a clean, functional room. We did not. I don't know what the issue is with their toilets and heating/air conditioning units, but the room and the service was terrible.

The room had mold in it and some red looking stains on the ceiling and walls. I requested to be moved but was told there were no kore available rooms.

This room is dirty, paper on the floor, a used washcloth on the shower, and coffee pot didn’t work. Front door also doesn’t open.

Hotel stay constantly, dirty, never came to change the sheets. We did not have a trashcan in our room. The toilet seat was broke. We did not have a toilet tissue holder. The light broke inside of the lamp. The bathroom floor was very dirty. I had to clean it. The bathroom sink was dirty. I had to sanitize it. I had to also check the sheets and mattresses to make sure that there was no bedbugs. Ask the front desk for towels. I had to ask the front desk for trash cans several times still never got it. I would never stay there again. I wouldn't recommend the place.

The staff was not friendly at all. The older lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us. The room was dirty and the linen was not clean. We were moved to another room. Hot breakfast was ok. The ambiance was awful. There were people arguing and there were three officers in the restaurant to keep order, I guess. Next time, we will stay at a more reputable hotel chain. The rate was very inexpensive. You get what you pay for….

It's a cheap hotel that I needed to crash at for a night. About what I expected for the price. The whole place, including the sheets in the bedroom, reeks of cigarette smoke.

Super sale, je déconseille. Les toilettes étaient dégueulasse assez que y en a un qui a chié sur le mur j’ai pas pris de photos pour pas vous retourner le cœur. Je ne recommande vraiment pas bagarre dans la chambre d’à côté. Incroyable ça a été une nuit terrible.
