Everything was fine, except check in was very slow, only 1 person at the desk, who did not speak a word of French or German. I know the hotel is Dutch owned but Belgium has 3 official languages, French Dutch and German. How can you run a major hotel in Belgium without staff that speaks at least the local languages.

Breakfast was wonderful and this hotel is perfectly located within Antwerp. My only comment is that, parking should be included as part of the room rate.

Very comfortable room with view over the city. Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioning in the room was very welcome. Close to train station but a bit of a walk to the centre of Antwerp & restaurants. Staff were very helpful & friendly

真實評價

2/10 欠佳

Sliding door to bathroom came off its rails when my wife was inside and noone else was in the room. She could not open the door and panicked. She managed to push the door - hard to open and hurt her back. The hotel fixed the door the same day. The hotel refused to offer any compensation. Would not even refund the car park in view of the serious issue. Terrible bad taste left in our mouth. Hotel not taking responsibility is a no no, very sad.
