Excelente hotel no centro de Antuérpia perto da estação central de comboios. Serviço exemplar no bar e restaurante com várias opções. Piscina interior muito agradável e ampla. Caso volte a Antuéria é o local a ficar.

Hotel decor is lovely; fragranced candles provide a lovely welcome. The family suite was spacious - especially as there were only two of us, but a little disappointed that there was only one toilet - it would better suite a family to have two separate bathrooms. That said - the rainfall shower was the best I have experienced and the bath is generously sized - surprisingly deep too! Very comfortable bed; lots of useful storage. Good standard of cleanliness and complimentary chocolates, tea, coffee and parking included in the cost of the suite. Can’t comment on breakfast because we opted to go out earlier rather than spend 35 euros each on the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend Capri Coffee at the Antwerp Central Station - 10 minute walk away and the most fantastic selection of bagels and baguettes! We did eat at the hotel one evening - great food and great service in lovely setting- definitely recommend an evening meal at the hotel restaurant. Gym and spa facilities were really good. Pool you can actually swim lengths in and nice jacuzzi and sauna. Steam room wasn’t in use when we were there. The hotel is in a great location - 10-20 minute walk into the centre. 10 minutes the other direction is Antwerp Central. Trams run fairly regularly and are reasonably cheap and easy to navigate - was fun to get back from a night out on the tram. All in all a fab stay - we loved our first visit to Antwerp - would do it again and would also stay at the same hotel!

Electronic key didn’t work. I had to go down to the reception 3 times, still not sorted. Reception had to let me in using a master electronic device. Then I waited 20 minutes to get the lock sorted.

Housekeeping left the window open, and the room was full of mosquitoes — I got more than 10 bites and couldn’t sleep at all. I ended up spending the night in the lobby. Room 101 felt like a monkey cage since it can easily be seen from outside, offering no privacy. No one took responsibility, and the response from the staff was slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.
