The check-in process was very easy, the room was a good size - my first impression was good. However i discovered upon getting into bed that the duvet was blood stained - so much so that it could be seen through the duvet cover. The pillow was damp, and the extra pillows in the cupboard were soiled. When i called room service, it took 30 minutes for someone to bring a replacement duvet. While i appreciate that it was 1AM and there were likely less staff working, i would have imagined that something necessary for sleep would have been brought sooner. It's a shame as aside from this it would have been a great stay!
