This property is ideal for the very independent traveler or group of travelers. There is minimal staff support onsite. It can be quite difficult to get in contact with the support staff via phone or WhatsApp, with long delays in response more the norm. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has good appliances but minimal cooking equipment (e.g. we had to purchase foil pans to cook chicken wings). As first timers in Aruba, it was good that we were experienced travelers, and good at problem solving on our own so we still had a good time. I would not recommend this property for those who want the usual basic services at their fingertips.

We emailed that we are going to be early. They did help with a parking card. They told us they were cleaning the room, but the floor was covered with sand and other dirt. In the pepers in the room they say cleaning is done weekly. We were there 10 days, and no one came. We ourselves had to ask for towels and clean sheets. We got them and made the bed ourselves and brought the dirty laundry down. The clean towels we got were smelly (not a bit) we think they were not dried properly and that left us with a smelly room for the last week.
On the upside, nice location, newer building, sufficient parking space, kitchen well equipped for an apartment.
Once you leave the property it's not that nice anymore.
Nice property that does not deliver the promised (cleaning) service and not clean enough.

This was our second time, it is a recently remodeled property but extremely dirty, the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are dirty, the door lock has fingerprints on it as soon as you enter, the kitchen is invisible with burnt food rings. The bathrooms are dirty, they have never vacuumed or mopped under the beds. The air condition on the master was broken and warm we couldn't close the door to let the air from the living room enter. They did not put beach towels until the 3rd day because we took them from a lady's hand. The bathroom towels were incomplete because they had not arrived from the laundry. How is it possible that there are no towels in a hotel? The hand towels were placed on my daughters' floor because the one on the floor was not there and my husband and I were sharing a towel. The access card to the building was not available and they gave us it on the 3rd day, the rest of the days we had to wait for someone to come out to open the door from the office, which when it was closed could be the security guard who was not always there or the cleaning girl who was obviously cleaning an apartment. Last time I stay here. And despite all this, Orbitz decides to believe them, that everything was fine and that there was nothing to resolve. Terrible.place to stay.
