Unfortunately the state of the hotel and customer service is getting worse.
Checking in was awful, we felt not welcome as the receptionist wouldn’t believe that we had a reservation (didn’t even look our passports or do anything). That was solved after I showed receipts etc, which we found really strange as we have never been asked for those anywhere (unless there has been an issue with the booking). When receptionist was asked if there was any problems she wouldn’t answer, overall she was very cold and rude.
Last time in our room it was possible to watch Netflix from the TV, this time it was not. And when we asked about it from the staff, they told that it has never been possible. Which is not true, as last time we were able to do this in April 2025. So apparently the rooms are not equipped the same way even though you pay for the same price.
Last day we went for a swim and the pool was full on paper. Staff was informed but they weren’t able to clean the pool. So the pool was unusable. We only book hotels that have a pool, so this incident spoiled the day.
