Optimal Lage für einen Kurztrip in Shanghai; direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist alles sauber und Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla kävelykadulla kaupungin sydämessä, mutta huoneet ovat silti rauhallisia koska ovat yläkerroksissa. Huone oli tilava ja sängyt hyvät. Olen ollut Seventh Heavenissä useasti ja myös jatkossa. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde ja mukava paikallinen tunnelma.

Great service manner, one of the more senior staff even remembered me after 7 years. I was upgraded as well. The facilities had seen it’s glory days, but the location and surroundings more than make up for it. Right on Naking pedestrian walk with pretty of restaurants and shops. Room is spaceous. Needs more thorough cleaning of bathroom grouts and minor repairs throughout the place. Beware that there are about ten steps at the hotel entrance, avoid staying here if your are disabled, difficult walking or have heavy luggage’s

古い建物で設備は古く部屋は狭いが、紅木家具が高級な感じで、さらに引き出しが多く荷物の小物を入れるの役立つ。浴槽は無くシャワーのみでトイレも洗浄装置は付いてませんでした。チップを出さないとシーツの交換もしてくれませんでした。ちょっと残念。

Great location on Nanjing Road with plenty of access to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is old and elevator broke down having to take the stairs from the 16th floor to the 7th. House keeping did come and help with luggage but was not ideal situation at all. Also had hairs on the bed and bathroom that was not mine. Was only staying in Shanghai one night so did not say anything since was only transitioning through.

It is a stay for that.

The restuarant was just ok, a lot of the dishes on the menu were unavailable . The noodles were good but the coffee was just average. The location is good . THe wallpaper is very pretty. The view from the window is good. The safe did not work. There was no battery in it. We got a family room, the small living room was nice. the wifi was average, not slow but not high speed either. The man and woman at the front desk are very professional and nice.
