Very well maintained resort with a sophisticated ambience. The staff members are very co-operative and well behaved. Room is excellent and equipped with all modern amenities. There are two restaurants in the resort, both serve awesome dishes. Overall it was an amazing stay at Swosti Premium Beach Resort.

Food variety was there but taste was not good, cockroach roaming around in bathroom and common area, tea cup broken , maintenance not well, revolving door malfunctioning. Toilet didn't had roll paper. Only one bathroom robe for 2 people, bathroom conditioner and shampoo was not working.

Excellent property with beautiful sea view.
Only complaint is the attitude of staff at reception.They lack the level of dedication and politeness required for a true five star chain.

The staff are super friendly we were greeted with a welcome drink and necklaces. The room was perfect with an ocean view. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the food at the Saltwater restaurant is amazing. Very tasty full of flavour we went a few times. We had drinks there too they were great as well. It was my sister’s birthday and they sent a whole cake to the room for her. We enjoyed high tea everyday. We enjoyed the games room we played table tennis we had access to Bluetooth speaker played our own music. Met some of the other guest and had a few laughs. We played fuse-ball and a few games as well. The pool area is beautiful and great views. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is grossly overrated. Staff need to be more attentive and catering needs to be better for the rates charged.
Nothing compares to Taj except the rates!

I found the service to be poor and the staff significantly undertrained. Specifically, I encountered cockroaches in the restaurant area, and when I brought this to the attention of your staff, they walked away without a word. Additionally, the shower door in my bathroom was broken.
The level of service provided does not reflect the price paid. I strongly suggest that the hotel invests in proper staff training and property maintenance to address these hygiene and facility issues.

Everything was good. Little more cleanliness is required in the exterior part of the hotel. Food was average can be improved likewise staff require more training. Bcos of the location and rooms all above can be overlooked but in the long run it ll be necessary to upgrade.
