Rooms are clean, spacious, neatly decorated and comfortable. Room service is impeccable, timely, and attentive. Staff are respectful, prompt, professional, and caring. But besides the physical stay, Helen, working at the reception, made our stay truly wonderful. Helen ensured we were properly taken care of, extending well beyond what we had expected, providing us with the best experience we've had at a hotel, ever. Not only was she approachable, she was happy to talk us through local attractions, restaurants, and even further outside of the Sliema. We are not the only ones who shared this sentiment, many of the other guests also frequently thanked Helen specifically, indicating that we did not receive special treatment, she really does go above and beyond for everyone. Helen is the type of person that we pray we see whenever we stay at a hotel, a true ray of sunshine and a real diamond in your staff line-up. If I worked for the Marriott company, I would make her package so competitive that she could not be poached by another company. We would stay at the Courtyard again without question, especially if Helen is there.

Lovely stay had some noise keeping us up in the night so we were offered free dinner but still waiting on a refund for one night. It’s been nearly a month since we were there. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great pool. Would love to return. Just still waiting on refund but I will be taking this up with hotels.com

Helt ok hotell. Personalet i resepsjonen kunne kanskje gått på et smilekurs. Rommet var ok og renhold bra. Frokosten ok, men eggene var stekt lenge før frokost og var derfor dårlig.

Also es gibt viel Licht aber auch Schatten ich möchte mit den Dingen anfangen die mir gut gefallen haben: + sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal + komfortables Bett und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer + kostenfreies Parken in der Garage (5 min entfernt) + gutes Frühstück verfügbar Negativ fand ich - hellhörige Zimmer, aus allen Richtungen ist Lärm hörbar, Türen schlagen, von oben hört man Schritte, draußen riesige Baustelle - Glastüre in der Dusche schon kaputt dadurch immer Wasser im Bad - Balkon und Aussicht zum Nachbargebäude 3m entfernt (wer denkt sich sowas aus?) - Am Abreisetag wurde schon um 11.15 geklopft wann wir denn das Zimmer verlassen würden (Check-out ist um 12.00)

Everything about this hotel is excellent… the room was lovely and the housekeeping staff showed great attention to detail. Both the rooftop and spa pool areas were well-kept and restful, and the bar/restaurant staff professional and friendly at all times. The location is really convenient for buses, Bolt pick-ups and walks into Sliema to catch the ferry to Valletta. We have stayed in a number of high-quality hotels in Malta and were very impressed by this one… we hope to return soon!
