The property easily housed out family of
Six. Pleasant surprise to find umbrella and furniture folding chairs for the beach. We had everything we needed for our family trip.

This property and room were great! It’s conveniently located near everything you need- walking distance to the beach, shopping, and lots of restaurants. It was also really nice that it comes with a park pass, since most places charge around $50 a day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good price and a convenient location. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were a good size especially with kids. The pool and sauna were closed as remodeling is being done. Close walk to zoo and beach.

Property was as per photos and as described. Instructions, including parking, matched the process. Midway representative was very helpful since there was some confusion about whether Midway was no longer managing the rental unit. They were able to find a comparable unit to replace the previously booked unit.
Negative is that full disclosure should be made on Expedia at time of booking (not after booking), if certain property amenities are not available due to construction or renovation.

This is the second time staying at this property. We will continue to use this location for all upcoming trips. The building itself is well maintained as well as the unit. The elevators were newly replaced since our last visit. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and there are so many amazing dining options as well for any budget ! Huge bonus is that the units come with a parking spot! You definitely feel the aloha when staying here ! Can’t wait till our next trip !

Apartment is located right in Waikiki, and is a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops around Waikiki.
The unit has been updated and is very clean and well furnished. Apartment has a full size fridge, stove, microwave, and air conditioning. There’s a bed and a fold out sofa bed as well. Kitchen is stocked with dining ware and cooking equipment.
Toiletries like toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel are provided (you can contact the host for more if needed). Bath towels and beach towels are provided as well. Unit also has a beach chair and beach umbrella for guests to borrow. Parking is included in the parking garage of the building, and has a lot of spots available. It’s a good apartment for families who want to cook while visiting Hawaii.

Selve leiligheten og beliggenheten har vi ikke noe å utsette på, det sto til forventningene. Men da vi opplevde problemer med kodelås, strømbrudd, brannalarm så var det ingen hjelp å få fra folk i resepsjonen. Fikk tilbud om 30% avslag i pris hvis vi ville bo der resten av ferien (12 dg) men da uten strøm for det ville være langvarig. Vi fikk ingen hjelp da vi spurte om det var mulig å flytte til et annet hotell, det måtte vi ordne selv! Helt sikkert et greit sted å bo hvis ting fungerer men vi har ikke gode minner derfra
