Amazing building, full of character and history. Pity there aren't more original features in the suite. One night stop before an early checkout, disappointed we couldn't be accomodated with an early breakfast...

Huge Room. Well located

On a side street behind a wooden door and up a flight of stairs, a whole level turned into a series of suites. Staff very friendly and helpful, modern bathroom and huge room. Make time to book an house in the Spa after a busy day exploring Palermo. Breakfast was adequate but the selection quite tasty. Very close to the main walking streets and markets, and train station. I would stay here again.

Divisi Suites & SPA is a real hidden gem. The room we had was beautiful, clean, and stylish, with a lovely balcony and surprisingly quiet, considering it’s in the heart of the city. Breakfast was delicious (definitely try the pistachio croissants). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and they gave us great local tips. That said, I do wish I’d known a bit more about the area before arriving. The location is very central, but some of the streets right around the hotel aren’t the nicest, especially if you're arriving by train. If that’s how you’re coming in, I’d strongly recommend walking down Via Maqueda it’s pedestrian friendly, better lit, and usually has a police presence. Try to arrive during daylight hours if you can, just to make things easier and feel safer. Also, if you’ve booked through Hotels.com, I’d suggest messaging the hotel directly to share your email or phone number. As they’ll need to send you a code to get into the building since there's no front desk, and it’s much smoother if you’ve already got that info before you arrive. Overall: Really enjoyed the stay, the room made it feel like a little retreat. Just be mindful of the surrounding streets and plan your arrival a bit in advance, and you’ll have a great time.

Avhengig av godt vær

Kaldt vær gav kaldt rom, og kald dusj. Det begynte derfor dårlig, men da været ble bedre, ble alt det andre også bedre. Hotellet ligger utenfor allfarvei, og spesielt lunsj-tilbudet er ikke spesielt bra. Fantastisk utsikt hjalp på, og i det store og hele rolig og ferierende stemning.

It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in.
