The room was dirty with a lot of gross hairs on the sink and toilet, and all around the room. Tile floor was very dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again. Other reviews had decent notes so I was very surprised. Maybe the staff was having a bad day.

The room was just okay. No one man’s the front desk. When someone was there they were great. No hair dryer in the room how to ask for one from the front desk and to get extra towels. No trash can or tissues. The bed and pillows were very good. Over all just an okay place.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Oliver Hotel. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready for check-in. Everything was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan and the beach.

Definitely a different experience to not have a ton of amenities or staff on site at all times as they manage multiple properties. That being said, they were always a quick text or phone call away and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and very clean room. I would definitely recommend this spot for the next traveler looking for a great (and walkable) place to stay near Old San Juan and/or Condado.

It was a great value for its price. The staff was friendly and the room is spacious and clean. There was not as many amenities like free water etc but can be found nearby. You can definitely walk a bit to get to Old San Juan from this location though a bit farther. Overall I had a great experience

Not very much in the immediate area. Booked for 4 nights. Room was not ready when we got there in a timely manner. Wife had an allergic episode to something in the room overnight. We had to move to another hotel and they would not refund my money. Had to put a claim through my credit card company.

Hotel is super close to everything! Definitely has just the basic things you need but only because it’s still a new hotel. Overall really happy with my stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great if you are comfortable with hands-off properties. Make sure you let them know your arrival window so someone is on property. Because that is not always guaranteed. The staff I did encounter was friendly.
The location is great, Keypad front door is nice and secure. I could walk anywhere I wanted to in old San Juan from this location and never felt unsafe at night.
The room has all the basics you need. There is a pharmacy next door for any sundries or toiletries you may need.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the floor was not good. It was quite sticky to step on. I just wore socks the whole time. The bed was fine and comfortable. The shower drain was slow but never overflowed.
Overall I would totally stay here again. The price was very fair for the accommodations provided.
