The room was just okay. No one man’s the front desk. When someone was there they were great. No hair dryer in the room how to ask for one from the front desk and to get extra towels. No trash can or tissues. The bed and pillows were very good. Over all just an okay place.

Not very much in the immediate area. Booked for 4 nights. Room was not ready when we got there in a timely manner. Wife had an allergic episode to something in the room overnight. We had to move to another hotel and they would not refund my money. Had to put a claim through my credit card company.

No se puede llamar hotel. No tiene recepcion. Hay que comunicaese por wasap paea que vengan. No limpian la
Habitacion salvo a pedido y solo consiste en cambiar las toallas.
La habitacion no tiene ventana.
Lo unico bueno es la predisposicion de los empleados. No recomiendo este hotelucho

This was, without question, the worst hotel room I have ever been in. Below are the issues:
1) Had to wait 30 minutes in lobby to check in
2) When I got to the room it was freezing, spent some time reprogramming the air conditioner.
3) Seven leaky windows over street could hear conversations on sidewalk and there are no scooters or motorcycles in San Juan equipped with mufflers. This went on all night long. Ear plugs were useless.
4) Shower handle had no effect on temperature which had a 90 second cycle from cold to boiling there was a 30 second window to soap up and rinse off
5) There is a large bright ceiling lamp above the bed which randomly turned on all night long. I had to get up to turn it off each time it came on. I was looking for a camera to see if it was some kind of game being played on me.
6) The room was not cleaned the entire time I was there.
7) In general, it was difficult to communicate with anyone at the hotel. From what I understand, there was one woman who was handling five hotels. I did ask to change rooms and much later I was told they were fully booked. From the issues others were having it could have gotten worse.
8) I may have gotten a couple hours of sleep.
This was bad! We should get our money back.
