Not really for me

Noisy from connecting pipes, couldn’t adjust the A/C. Parking is 26 euros per night. In September there is no street parking

Beware - expensive parking

Not a bad hotel. New, clean, good location. BUT: It is mentioned in the listing that they have parking available. And this is not the case. There is a parking right under the hotel but it doesn’t belong to them. They have sent me this information a few hours before I arrived, in the morning on the day of arrival. The hotel offers a discount - but it is available only if you arrive very late and leave very early. Otherwise you park at the price of the parking lot - a 24 hour (or less) parking is €27 if prepaid and more expensive if you pay by hour. I think that information like this should not be hidden and should be available at the time of booking.

This is an ok hotel, located at walking distance from Perpignan's centre. It is not easy to find, since the entrance is not well marked, but you get there eventually. Rooms were ok, although a bit small for the amount of furniture. Bathroom was good, and so were beds. So a good choice for a short stay, at reasonable price.

Great hotel

Very clean, spacious and bed was super comfy.. shower was massive. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of french continental food.. lota to choose from. Great location for town, bars / food and train station. Will be staying again for sure and would recommend.

Bon hotel

Bon séjour pour une nuit de repos sur notre trajet de route. Chambre assez spacieuse pour 4. Propre dans l'ensemble mais nous avions les habits d'un ancien vacancier. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace, personnel super à l'accueil

Simple et efficace !

Hôtel assez bien situé. Notre chambre était une suite donc nous avons dormi dans le grand lit et les enfants dans un lit gigogne. Belle salle de bain avec grande douche, WC séparé. Une bonne adresse que cet hôtel pratique dont les chambre ont un aménagement peu courant qui change agréablement par rapport aux murs à angles droits

En general bien pero hay dos aspectos que no me gustaron. Primero el personal que nos atendió en el checkin no hablaba español y Segundo reservamos una habitación cuádruple que en teoría era una cama de matrimonio y dos camas y en vez de dos camas había un sofá cama bastante incomodo.

It is not a 4 star rating. Very poor customer service, attendant didn’t even want to storage bags for 10 minutes while I went to get my wife and kid to the parking. Room mildly clean, shower didn’t even have soap. Poor option for a Novotel
