Staff was great. No shampoo or shower gels in the room, had to ask lady at reception for some who apologised as it should have been topped up. Room was extremely warm and the underfloor heating was on most of the time. It isn't controlled at the room it is controlled via reception. Blinds didn't fully block out lighting from across the corridor and people walking past could see straight in the room. Didn't like this room at all. Previously stayed here and was on the street side (at the front) and it was brilliant.
